Dr. Greg Werner received his B.A. in Sociology from SUNY OSWEGO in 1988. He then went on to graduate from the Swedish Institute in 1989. While at the Swedish Institute he took his prerequisites courses for chiropractic school. He attended Palmer College of Chiropractic West and graduated in 1994, at which time he did a post-graduate fellowship at Palmer College of Chiropractic West. Dr. Werner then moved back to New York to be with his family. Dr. Werner started practicing at Chiropractic East in 1995 and 6 months later became a partner. In 2005 Dr. Werner took sole ownership of Chiropractic East and changed the name to WERNER CHIROPRACTIC. Since he started practicing Dr. Werner has continued to expand his knowledge. He has taken courses in Cranial Sacral Therapy, Applied Kinesiology, Nutrition, Reiki, and is taking a 3-year post doctorate diplomate in pediatrics.
Dr. Werner’s philosophy is that he is holistic but realistic. Dr. Werner works with many other health care providers to give his patients the best treatment possible. He works with the top medical doctors (neurologist, neuro surgeons, internist, orthopedist and obstetricians/gynecologists) podiatrist, and psychologist. Dr. Werner also works with other chiropractors, massage therapist, physical therapist, nutritionist, homeopaths, and other alternative health care providers.
Dr. Werner lives with his wife, Robin, who has a masters in nutrition and is credentialed as a Registered Dietician, and three children Chloé, Eden, and Holden.
